This 1980 split level home began with a somewhat awkward layout, while nestled in full privacy surrounded by trees, not neighbors. We redesigned each floor to create a more modern, functional flow with a new focal entry space, vaulted primary suite on the top floor and large open spaces flowing into surrounding nature. Designer finishes with exotic IPE flooring and decking provides indoor/out living and seclusion with expansive outdoor terraces.
